Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) Basically, "A Seasonal Affair" uses the same recipe as its predecessors, swaying to and fro between "Canterbury" and Peter Hammill style. Some songs are surprisingly different, however, so its seems the main songwriters Robert Gozon and Thomas Klarmann are in the process of developing their own songwriting identities, which I appreciate very much. Frankly, the album needed two turns until I really liked it, so don't give up after the first try if you're not pleased. Give it another chance - you will be rewarded. Favorite track: Lifeboats.
